This special event will take place July 2, 2015 from 8 am to 1pm, and is designed to be a “come and go” event honoring and thanking the first responders who risk their lives every single day to keep us safe. The restaurants and businesses in the district have all come together and will be providing meals for Police, Fire & Rescue, Paramedics and any other First Responder agency.
There will also be several accompanying events for first responders that will take place throughout the day on July 2, and we encourage you to come to the exhibit and experience it. The Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance is supported in part by the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs.
The launch events are made possible by support from a number of community partners, including the West End Association including many West End Restaurants & Businesses, GUNS & HOSES Foundation of North Texas , Dallas Hispanic Firefighters Association, Black Firefighters Assoc Inc of Dallas, The BMF Project, Center for American and International Law and the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs
