Fairfield at Ross is Underway in the Historic West End

Have you seen the crane hanging out in the Dallas West End? A new 267-unit rental community, Fairfield at Ross, is underway at Ross Ave and Houston St. Situated right on the edge of the historic West End district, the designs for the new building will match with the historical and characteristic architecture of the neighborhood. The project should be complete by December 2015. The project,  estimated to cost $35 million, is expected to bring even more vitality to the Dallas West End, as the district continues to grow over the next few years.
