On January 11, 2016, RJ Mexican Cuisine re-opened its doors in the historic West End district. It’s a new year and with that comes a new look and a few new concepts like a tequila lounge, an expanded private dining room, and an all-around modern look and feel. In total, the renovations added 1,100 square feet—50 more seats for dining customers and private parties, as well as an additional 450 square feet in the tequila lounge.

Looking to become a West End staple as well as assist in the revival of the historic district, co-owner and operator Jay Khan says, “We want these improvements to our restaurant to show our commitment to staying relevant, preserving the [district] and serving the best authentic Mexican food in Dallas.” RJ Mexican Cuisine takes pride in serving only the best authentic Mexican food in Dallas, including unique recipes from all eight culinary regions of Mexico.
